The Meridian Association of REALTORS®, which services the surrounding communities, has been working hard at implementing new methods of listing and selling homes during the pandemic. With uncertain times, we are following the National Association of REALTOR®’s recommendations to keep the community as safe as possible. Our market is still active as people are still buying and selling!
Several changes we have made are; limiting 2 clients to a showing, practicing social distancing, asking homeowners to leave lights on, request sellers leave the property while showings taking place and provide hand sanitizer, presenting offers and conducting business through electronic means whenever possible, virtual home tours which allow clients to visualize the home in the comfort of their own home, as well as setting up virtual meetings with lenders and REALTORS® all by the use of the Zoom app.
