Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis on Technology and Health Promotion/Education. Elizabeth is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is looking forward to being a member of the Yankton Food Counsel. Elizabeth has an extensive 4-H and extension background and always enjoyed Special Foods Contest and Food/Nutrition Quiz Bowl. Elizabeth was born and raised on a Swine production farm near the Wheat Capital of the World (Eureka, SD) which is also responsible for our state dessert, Kuchen, and home to some of the best pheasant hunting in the country.
